Learn the art of fresh pasta. This masterclass will equip you with the skills to make your own pasta by hand.
Using the best quality flour and freshest of eggs together we will make a simple but delicious pasta dough. Once you have perfected the dough we rest it for 20 minutes and then get rolling into thin sheets.
Then it’s time to get shaping. We create some beautiful tagliatelle and some delicate ravioli and also show you some of the other more unusual shapes of pasta from all over Italy.

Information about your day:
Parking? We have ample parking at the front of the bakery.
Where is the entrance? We are a working bakery so please stay in your cars on arrival. We will come out and collect you 10 minutes before the course starts.
Aprons? We will provide you a Firehouse Bakery Cookery School apron for the day
Taking food home? Yes, everything you cook you will take home to impress your friends and family.
I have an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirements. Will you be able to accommodate it?
For almost all of our classes, we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate dietary
