During the current covid 19 pandemic the bakery is open and we will continue to bake every day. We have adjusted our offering, opening hours and implemented the following guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers:

From an island in West Cork to Delgany Co. Wicklow. At the Firehouse, our wood fired oven is at the heart of everything we do. Hand crafted loaves, freshly baked pizzas, slow cooked meats. You can even have a go yourself on one of our bread making courses.
Delgany Co. Wicklow is the home to our bakery and cafe and beautiful Heir Island in West Cork is where our bread making story began. We also offer wholesale bread supply to Dublin 6 days a week.
