Be safe, be clean, we will get through this.

Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 4.30pm
"Artisan baking means bread is made in small batches by someone for whom baking is a labour of love - in the old style with no preservatives. That is how it is at Firehouse bakery."
From an island in West Cork to Delgany Co. Wicklow and now Wicklow Town. At the Firehouse, our wood fired oven is at the heart of everything we do. Hand crafted loaves, freshly baked pizzas, slow cooked meats. You can even have a go yourself on one of our bread making courses.
Delgany Co. Wicklow is the home to our first bakery and cafe with Wicklow Town now the home to our second. Beautiful Heir Island in West Cork is where our bread making story began. We also offer wholesale bread supply to Dublin 6 days a week.
Our Ice cream season has come to the end, thank you to everyone who supported us over the last few months see you again when the sun shines again
